For what its worth, I spoke with one of the Founders at the firm my wife works for and he told me (in no uncertain terms) that Sharp may move forward with FINRA actions/name change/splits and/or appoint directors and/or even step down-relinquish control to the new sheriff/sheriffs in town....
He (the lawyer) said that most likely will not happen (relinquish control) until the ink is dry of course, but Sharp can basically do what ever he wants here at this point.
Remember though, I could be making all this up.... but I'm not.
