Thankfully

Waiting patiently for the next move. Betting it involves us all signing up for a lawsuit.

My big question remains the actor who buys at eod every single day. If it is one party then they are going to own a tremendous number of shares.

Correct!

Matthan leaving doesn't remove his fiduciary responsibility.

For the company sins up until the day he "officially" steps down. Once he steps down, he is no longer responsible.

While management has some explaining to do, I don't see this one going the distance as it relates to any meaning full legal action, that will financially benefit the shareholders. I've watched much bigger fish with something to actually lose (money) than this clown show and they completely walked and left the shareholders high and dry.

Given what I've seen too this point, Matthan isn't stepping down due to the actions of Greg and company. I see is exit more related to the fact that the company is "done". While it is true a merger or buy-out would likely show him the door (maybe) the directors don't normally step down until the transfer is complete, because of their exposure as a director.

The ONLY thing of (limited) value at this point IMHO is the fact that you have a public trading platform. Given the amount of debt they are carrying, the shareholders will see no value for the commons here IMO.
