IMHO it will be interesting to see the trading here over the next week or so as they wait for comments from the SEC on the S-1.
We know with Kanuth and Vincent resigning from the Board that they have been freeing up shares and selling. It will be interesting to see if some big players come in to support the stock or get shares before the S-1 or closing on the property or whatever else $ALTD is working on.
With the quiet period, there really aren't any new eyeballs coming on to this (but once the quiet period ends I'd imagine New to Street and potentially new IR firm that EF Hutton brings on will get to work with a lot of stories to work with).
There have been some large bids showing up and with all the selling pressure over the past 60 days it really hasn't dipped too far below .03- and there has been someone willing to buy these shares.
Let's see if some of these big groups financing or involved in running the property will have some appetite to buy some equity as well.
