Maybe, but I think a lot of us are now finally being rewarded for our patience. It is FINALLY time to get these issues aired on a fairly even playing field, in a venue that at least makes an effort at understanding that the US Government granted patents to a company and that company has a right to seek compensation from other entities that they believe are infringing on those patents.
Many of us feel it is quite telling that most of the maneuvers that trip up "Patent Trolls" have been tried, and have failed, by the companies endeavoring to keep these cases from actually getting to this phase. It is pathetic that our system requires a small player to wait this long and pay so much to get the case to this point, but here we are.
I predict an exponential interest in VPLM going forward, which should reward the current shareholders handsomely.
