The real question that shareholders need to think about is whether Cipherloc is even a viable product?

1) Zero sales in forever
2) Cipherloc was created and promoted by KNOWN and PROVEN scammers

I pass no judgement on this new crew, and genuinely hope they are here because there is potential with Cipherloc. But I find that to be highly unlikely!

Honestly, I see this as a reverse merger to take SideChannel public.

And sadly, existing shareholders rarely benefit from that.
