It boggles my mind they have been sitting for 6 months and yet the REAL testing is just seeming to begin??? I thought they had testing equipment on site after completion? Did they complete and do simple test last fall and then cement & install liners and now testing again with even better equipment??? Took a while to get it all shipped to Israel for the final testing I guess...
