David will announce when the cashless warrant dilution is completed thru a Press release. I believe that sometime this month they will have exercised all the cashless warrants, they started exercising them on April 15.
There is a way to know when they are done if you have level 2, right now during the normal market hours 9:30-4:00 if you look at the Ask bid you will see 100k, 200k, and sometimes 300k plus shares on the Ask bid, at the current price, when the dilution is done that will drop well below 50k on the ask at the current price. It's also called a sell wall, and right now and for the past 6 weeks the sell wall has been 100k plus on the Ask.
