Maybe that is why he is buying...perhaps the Q for 2021 will show why of his interest....or just where he expects the company to be in 5 years from now....IMO it is never a bad sign when the CEO is buying shares.

He’s been buying for a long time and his timing is awful. That’s not going to change the outlook here. Where’s the revenues?
