You were probably asking "yes, Enron admitted there is an investigation going on, but WHERE is the proof that Jeffrey Skilling and Ken Lay are the ones being investigated?". It's called common sense. Here is a clue, if Cytodyn weren't being investigated by the SEC, they could have had an effective S-3 by now.

Who else would they be investigating given the language in the SEC filings? Who else would they be investigating given the fact that certain investors enabled a 2 time felon to continue as CEO. CYDY knew things were going to turn out badly when the company hired him as CEO AND settled a $1 million lawsuit with his wife, who he didn’t pay. Can’t make this stuff up.
