All of their Financials and any money in the bank will all be disclosed when finra approves and the deal is finalized. It all has to be disclosed in sec filings. Any speculation on the actual deal either good or bad for shareholders is kind of a waste of time at this point in my opinion. I'm sure there will be plenty of discussion when these filings are released.
