LT is clearly working for the government, I have been involved with 500+ felony sentencings and I have never seem one get dragged out like this one. Additionally, the explanations don't make sense and sure as hell are not the way the system works. The letter reflects a deal that appears to have been worked out prior to the letter being drafted. Those "off the record" arraignments are not that unusual but in my experience, only happen when when something significant is developing that absolutely can't be identified in the court file. I say this all because there is some hope that he is helping bag the Baltia crooks.
