Yes, they were early on their Q1 posting, and are up to date.
But, I find it a bit disrespectful to us shareholders, that we have to wait indefinitely to go Pink, and start trading normally. CEO posted 2 attorney letters in short fashion on the sister co $GGSM; not sure why the procrastination here. There are no financials, a shell, Heck, I can write up the attorney letter in 2 minutes :).
