I agree, eb, that we usually see high volume going into the close, and that we trade as many other bios do.

Still, the volume traded in the last 30 minutes going into Friday's close, according to TDAmeritrade, was:

VOLUME (50) 1.41M
AVG VOL 124.58K

So, well over 10 times the normal number of shares. Similar heavy trading for BLUE, EDIT, and CDMO, which supports the rebalancing hypothesis, versus the ATM speculation.
