If MJ02 is not commercial, the stock price will crater to .001 per share or less. It will literally be worthless. Yet, Zion wants to be sure that all shareholders vote their shares or otherwise contact their broker so to establish continued ownership. If they don't, they could loose their worthless shares.
Zion is making sure the long-term faithful shareholders maintain their ownership to take advantage of the return on their investment. The return is yet to be announced.
