The deal didn't close, kicking the can down the road is their approach and lets see how much these fools going to believe us, until we raise the AS clean out the debt and list on the major boards with a 1000 to 1 reverse split and start fresh with a clean slate on the major boards with nothing to show and rinse and repeat, just like how INP*X showed us to do.
