The support at .0007 has been there for a long time. Its thin on the way up because no one is seriously considering the price to rise in a dilution environment of another 10 B shares. Each day, 25% of the volume is MCOA added dilution to keep things down.
What new fundamentals/ announcements will come into play to get moving upward? Congress on MJ legalization- not anytime soon I'm afraid.
