I have told you before, if you don't know the circumstances why it went bankrupt, then you cannot assume the worst. I have linked before multiple articles about the biggest companies coming out of bankruptcy.
It is good news because... no one appealed. that's it. Why would you be offended if those PR are meant to juice things up, how is that harmful to shareholders? You just cannot be satisfied man. always something is wrong with $WNBD.
