On thing I always detested about the criminal justice system (state and federal) is hanging some schmuck out to dry because they asserted their constitutional rights pretrial. However, that being said, almost all prosecutors and judges disagree with me on that point.
I don't think the Baltia Whale will find his way to the courtroom for his sentencing. However, if he does, he is going to the big house for sure....and he will end up getting classified for mid level security.
The other thing is the Baltia Whale has always left a trail on the internet....he won't be hard to track down.
