Yes, but, they've been there for days; and now 16's are getting hit. I'm dying to know the real scoop. I can only think of shares issued for the acquisition; but with the CEO's track record, I would think they would be restricted...even if not, why would they sell so low, with the company coming together. Who knows, when we'll find out how much the govt. contracts were for.
