......AGREED, nightie....................but in hindsight, we had to go through 2016, to comply with the holdco sale stipulation of 5 years...............then we gambled on the ITR with BOB RICHARDS all the way to the SCOTUS.......Feb/2020.........and, at that point, we realized we were near the 10-year statutory requirement on the RECEIVER's tenure...................................AND THAT THE RECOVERIES WERE GARGANTUAN......................$185mm to date.............with a huge potential on the biggest recovery of all......................LIBOR SCANDAL........................................

.......................my take, nightie.......................the ella ann holding stock was part of the holdco sale, but was only pledged......................converted to cash in 3/2020 for $134mm............................we made a deal with the FDIC on the recoveries - - which is why we abandoned BK.........................WHAT WAS THE DEAL.......?????........biggest question..................unknown.............and maybe the deal was wait until the Receiver terminates................???..................we'll see and all of this will be understood in the end.......or not, but it's OVER............T-G..........
