Your theory lacks any proof that any short shares exist. And nothing in the now years old 400 page document mentions anything about a buy out. A theory without any proof to back it up is simply bullshit.

So no short shares, no buyout and cherry on top - no management buying since reverse split wiped them out. No surprise the price of erhe remains near zreo as it has been for over 5 years. Beyond ridiculous to suggest erhe shares are worth dollars/share but no one would take whatever steps would be necessary to buy.
