It would be impossible, and you're absolutely right there's shady dealings involved.

But even in the best case scenario, there was no sound business reason to allocate funds for the expansion, and no good business reason exists today either. Which absolutely supports the stady dealings scenario you mention.

Best case, Gary is a bafoon. Worst case, he's a conman. I personally think he's both.

To be clear for those reading, Gary not only paid werx for the builds you mentioned, but he also had to pay werxs to lease a dedicated spot at their facility at a time when their current facility in SC wasn't even close to capacity. And still would be no where near capacity with current demand either.

I can see $$ being allocated from PCT to Werks for the kiosks, cabinets, spray carts etc..

I'm just curious where the final destination of a good chunk of that money wound up.. would be difficult to trace from SEC filings, wouldnt it
