Naw, no 3rd degree felonies for a $100 check.

Thats a fact---

Criminal Penalties: If the check or series of checks is made or drawn in Utah amounts to a sum that is less than $300, the offense is a class B misdemeanor. Amounts of $300 but less than $1,000 is a class A misdemeanor. Amounts of $1,000 but less than $5,000 is considered a felony of the third degree. Amounts that is or exceeds $5,000, the offense is a second degree felony. Other penalties may apply if it is a second offense in less than six months.

JPG77,

Cytodyn’s situation is far, far from amusing.

I read « LAUGHING » a lot but given the company:
- Legal woes
- Illegal stock promoters activity
- Inability to conduct/validate any clinical trial
- Inability to meet any significant promise made to their shareholders
- Crazy toxic debt
- Ground shattering dilution prices
- Crashing stock price

A THERAPY seems critical don’t you think?

i would say this is a very dark and serious situation for Cytodyn.

Last piece of evidence below, which suggests the only investors LAUGHING are the short-sellers:
