Can you quote me the passage that answers the question?

I know that they FUND testing but I REALLY DON'T KNOW if the NIH itself actually does any testing. You said.....
"He (he being Leo) said he was anxiously awaiting the results of Brilacidin being tested by the NIH for various viruses."
...and that's the reason I'm asking. It's a simple question but I'm having trouble getting an answer.
Did you mean to say that he said something other than "he was anxiously awaiting the results of Brilacidin being tested by the NIH"?
