Reporting in on that might fine chicken Here's the last step when broiling the cheese. I would have liked the cheese a little more done but somebody was helping me and was chopping at the bit to get some, LOL

Notes: His low to med low is not the same on my stove so you have to adjust just a tittle

The 1 1/2tbsp of flour was not enough to thicken it so after I added the broth I added a little corn starch and water.

His recipe calls for 2 cups of beef broth but I used Better than Bouillon. The better than Bouillon calls for 1 tsp of bullion per cup of water, I used i tbsp in 2 cups of water

Marc says this is a keeper.
