MISC 2.80:trading at old .093 SMDM price. $2 buck price brings it to .066, nice structure for a shell to marry.

I wonder what the short thesis is on MICS in the $2's? This low floater shot up to the $6's premarket on Wednesday. That alone would keep me far away on the short side. Then you look at the rock solid fundamentals...sitting on more cash than the current market cap, single digit P/E, significant new deal with Walmart etc...and MICS seems like a terrible short idea imo
