Please inform us as to where you got the information that DSCR needs to reorganize!!! Once they come out of CE status their intention is to start up the Ruby Mine project (August/ September) and to Continue with the Zambia project (Immediately) along with other things. Nowhere has it been mentioned that they are going to reorganize.

I ASSUME that you are ASSUMING this also in your own mind and have no solid evidence that they are going to reorganize!!!
