vol has been dropping the 2nd 1/2 of MAy but todays vol looks like it will be better. As of now it is ahead of yesterdays. The .015 which from what I can tell is the all time low and has been getting hit 4 times this month. If that falls we may see a dam breaking. I just don't see any anouncement in June. Senate seems to be working on other issues, and they will IMO make a change to the house version, that is what lawyers do so that puts everyting into the fall IMO.
