ChrisJP: Well, I made that post to the right person! Well done.
A neighbor and I did some amateur profiling, and we were very accurate. First, I believed there was no white van. White vans are everywhere. They were driving an old sedan. Second, my neighbor believed that they were staying in run down hotels, probably on the "Washington Boulevard" in Howard County Maryland (U.S. 1, I believe).
I think she was right. They were found in downtown Baltimore.
Also, they were checking out schools in Baltimore County, Maryland. Pure evil.
