The reason the pps is drifting back down again is very simple: Mark Smith has said that financing is close so frequently in the past that hardly anybody believes any more that he can actually do it. It‘s time that he proves he can deliver on the many words he said in the past. Proof that this project is actually financeable is the only thing that will turn NB from a pennystock into a multi dollar investment.
