George Lorton is the gentlemen that owns the 10 parcels of land ECSL is set to acquire ...... and owns the 2 as yet unidentified businesses that are also supposed to be acquired. You'll find his name in the last 2 qtrly disclosure doc getting shares as part of the deal as well.
If I recall correctly, at least 3 or maybe 4 business entities ... don't remember off the top of my head .... own the land. The business entities are privately owned by Lorton. I've previously posted all this information quite a while ago. I am the only one to do so in detail with links for the properties and who owns them. The land records are a maze that go back ... in some cases ... nearly a century.

I suspect one of the businesses to be acquired is Spray Miser International and maybe Port Tampa Storage. Spray Miser owns the waterway and would certainly collect fees for its use.
