Again, the O/S will go up big time anyway on the merger and there is no O/S requirement for Nasdaq that I know of, what you probably mean is the float requirement, there is a certain public float requirement. Right now at these prices here they wouldn't even qualify for Nasdaq without at least a small RS just based on the share price as you also know.
