The only major issue I have is to understand why Bill is the problem when instead it's individuals who don't understand the stock market. They 'invest' money without understanding that the majority of the time it doesn't work out.
I get it, not everyone has the same grasp of the market but blaming everyone but themselves seems to be the pattern.
