No. What I stated was entirely correct. Elon did NOT found paypal as you GLEEFULLY stated. In fact he was an incompetent minor partner in a different company, who could not hold onto the job of CEO, then later his role was diminished to COO, but he held on to the stock (smart).
So, he held some stock and got lucky, just like a bunch of other knuckle heads during the dot com bull market-- then he sold.
