No problem Ms Fox. By reading the two Minute orders, it appears that Tiny Mickey is now past the time that he was to provide discovery. Should've been filed by May 19 or before.

Obviously, I don't know if discovery has been provided but I guess we will find out if Brad and his attorney file for MORE Sanctions against Asta/ Davis....

I can say that the 'discovery' has not been "noticed" (as the courts say) by the court... so there is that.

Can't wait to see what happens.
