Looks like amount held at DTC is 20k.

The Company generated revenues of $30,000 and $0 for the three months ended January 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. $120k for the year,

I am not sure how they are generating revenues? According to the latest 10-K they have revenues. They are not considered a shell stock according to the OTC Markets Profile Page.
