You're right on some of those warrants. But remember they also had those funky pre-funded warrants at .01. So we have to include those. Plus some options. This investor presentation from earlier this month has a section towards the bottom on what the share count would like like before & after the reverse split. That didn't include the 1M shares sold at $4 this week.
