Basically -

NLST manufactures items with products that are classified as "Conflict Minerals".

These Minerals are called "3TG" metals and include Gold, Tantalum, Tin and Tungsten. Many of these types of metals originate from countries that are classified as "Human Rights abusers".

Suppliers of "3TG" metals who are NOT Human Rights abusers have been classified as "Compliant".

This Form SD published by Netlist simply confirms publicly that (to the best of their knowledge), the suppliers that NLST uses to procure these metals are "compliant".
