so why the high volumes in the last couple of weeks...

the way i read the Pr, " Details of the transaction will be announced within the next 30 days, once the documents are prepared and executed." is that they will let us know when they buy back is complete....

Nope, they said they would nail down the offer they were putting together with their investors by the end of jan but would give us the details in 30 days which puts them to the middle of February.
