PRPM's "has acquired" announcement on OTC also included the SMG TRADEMARK.

Apparently the author of the following official news release felt he had the full permission and authority to use this property/ asset of SMG without payment and for the benefit of himself.

IF, as argued by the plaintiff, no deal ever existed... then why did he feel empowered to go ahead use the property of a company he claims he had NOT YET ACQUIRED?
