I respectfully disagree. Some of the acquisitions have been finalized.

Others are still work in progress. Remember that many of the announcements were that Letters of Intent were executed. That is pre contract and pre due diligence. I doubt they, or anyone else, closes on 100% of the deals they execute an LOI on. The same is true in the real estate industry as well.
