Dan didn't make his usual weekly update last weekend and the last thing he posted the week before was:

"As soon as we are free to reveal the identities of these companies, pursuant to the confidentiality agreements we signed, we will disclose them in a Form 8-K and press release.

We are making progress and are on course to get something done in early 2007. "

Which makes me wonder if an 8K is imminent due to the silence of last weekend. Time will tell...
