If they wanted to add those shares tho, the SP would need to be at $0.50 for 10 consecutive days (unless I’m mistaken)? Or would that now be $5 for 10 consecutive days (given the RS)

I’d imagine Galvin / HV would want the SP to climb so he / they can make a hefty return?
