True , but February 2018 FDA refused to take BLA after our study showed 81% efficacy with 350 mg , until we show if our 24 weeks study with 525 and 700 mg will not be even better..

Why we needed to be better then 81% efficacy ??? if other 2 approved drugs efficacy is 45 and 43 %..
