Remember that TheraSpheres was used clinically for almost 20 years under the IDE before it was fully approved by the FDA. Boston Scientific bought it about 2 years prior to full FDA approval. Hard to tell when a buyout offer may come. You could get a much lower buyout price before full FDA approval.

You could also probable see someone like Cardinal Health get into the game. They would already got into manufacturing with Bayer with Xofigo so doing something like this would not be out of the question.
