it will be near term, yes, this stock could reach $10-20 in next few months , the tradable shares will stay at 17 million, what other otc stock do you see with such a tiny float? this will be nasdaq bound in time, there will be no need for a rs, imo, cause , investors will buy in mass due to low, low float which can turn over and over... time to buy is NOW!!$$
