That is absolutely correct.

While PRs have a modicum of truth (as most good cons have), they are mostly forward-looking bullshit fabricated by the company that will probably never come true.

All company communication is legally binding. Those suspecting the company of wrongdoing have avenues at their disposal. If there were successful clains in challenging KBLB's veracity, no doubt we'd hear about it.
