I've been invested in plenty of OTC stocks with the CEO that had no "plan" to do an RS... and the RS happens anyway. That choice of word "plan" is for a reason.
Why aren't they buying back shares right now if it's so "UNDERVALUED"?
Why aren't insiders buying if its soooooooo undervalued?
OTCQB isn't the accomplishment you're hoping for either.
