Chill out! We understand and voice your concerns, its just a few that are in disbelief. This stock will move on its own merits but until proven otherwise it will wallow in the .02s-.03s. Looks like VFIN is selling shares period, who ever is selling them, its not good for us, the shareholder.

What convertibles??? I don't recall seeing any? I also don't remember any other class of stock than common. I'm not seeing it in their 10Q's. Most convertibles are preferred shares and i do not see anything but common.

Can you point out these convertibles? Where do i need to look?

I still disagree that there is dilution, but anything is possible and overly so in a pinksheet company.
