Looks like all we are waiting on now is OTC Markets to answer the phone and do their job to remove the CE, or the 90 day wait for the SEC to complete their review of the S-1 filing earlier this year. I hear if the SEC has not taken action after 90 days, the S-1 is cleared automatically.

No one registers a scam with an S-1 SEC registration for an already FDA approved Phase III trial for Covid19 EUA use, if it was ever a scam..

This is one to keep a watchful eye on folks. $BIXT
